Mattamy Homes - Empire Pointe

Nice home but way over priced. Went into home being built and had alot of blue tape everywhere. Alot that needs to be redone before the pple close and owners where there and alot that not sure can even be corrected! Buyer beware really need another home inspector and that's what the new home owners did bc they won't close until all fixed! Don't blame them bc its close to million dollar home all said and done! Workout clubhouse amazing but will be crowded person that lives there said once they close out and as well as the pool. Owner said they really needed 2 pools to sustain in this community. It is nice community busy location especially by elementary school. Actually by 2 the other is ALA on empire. Nice if you have children younger though. Excercise large room only and pool very nice and another small separated building to rent out for parties which is nice. Pickleball they have and EV chargers in front to charge electric cars outside of pool and workout facility-- i wouldn't really consider clubhouse. SAN tan heights has true clubhouse. This community is very nice but not sold on for the price at this point and hoa is $150 and was told they are intended on going up more than $150. The 2 story Model largest one is amazing and views of superstition mtns see from balcony of 2 story. The representative here was very professional and so sweet! This community is and will be very nice but location is very busy but great if looking to be very walkable to both schools. This would be a plus and close to all grocery areas and urgent care across street and ironwood hospital 5 minutes away is also convenient! Overall 4/5.
