Amy Diamond

We had an exceptional experience working with Rufty Homes! After more than 20 years in real estate development, I can honesetly say this was one of the smoothest and most professional build processes we have experienced. From the very beginning, the team set a high standard. Every single team member we worked with was impressive. Sydney and Adam were outstanding from the start. Katie was a fantastic addition throughout the process, and Kelly’s knowledge and professionalism were clear in every interaction. It is rare to see that level of consistency across an entire organization. Chris Bridgewater was exceptional. He is proactive, detail oriented, and consistently thinking ahead. He anticipates challenges before they arise and communicates before making decisions, which builds tremendous confidence as a client. The build process itself was seamless, organized, and remarkably low stress. That does not happen by accident. It reflects strong leadership and a culture of excellence. Rufty has assembled an outstanding team, and it shows. We would highly recommend them without hesitation.

I'm leaving this as a subcontractor that worked with Rufty Homes for more than two decades. I feel that they are the finest custom home builder in the triangle area. They are unrivaled in the depth of their team of employees & their corresponding construction experience. Rufty Homes has consistently demonstrated a willingness to spend the extra money required to do the job correctly. This is a rare quality in todays market. Having worked with many other custom home builders in the area, they are the first choice in who I would recommend to potential homeowner looking for a builder to build their dream home.

All depends on the type of home you want to build. In our case we wanted a unique home, like no other. Built with the best craftsmanship and design. No other builder in the Triangle can deliver like Rufty. I have been in many homes and Rufty homes have the feel of quality. There are so many details in our home it would take hours to go through it all. Rufty's team made sure that our dream home became a reality with every detail. Stefan J. Simoncic and Kelly M. Simoncic

Very fair. Exceptional quality and on time. We love our house and the craftsmanship that went into it. BUT, the best part is after your are done. If there are any issues, and there were very few, they are out there in a flash to address it. This was a tremendous experience.
