Been just over 10 years here in Judson Ranch in North Redlands. The construction is garbage and extremely difficult to get them to complete repairs without excuses. Have had multiple roof issues causing leaks inside and they refused to repair it. It was found that the roof was not completely sealed, now we have roof tiles falling off. The kitchen cabinets were not finished properly and some other minor issues. NEVER BUY DIVERSIFIED PACIFIC!
We moved into our home in June and it was worth the wait. The options and upgrades provided by the team at North Ranch were amazing. We never want to leave our home. Its perfect. The lovely ladies in the front office, Marina and Debbie were very kind, professional and most importantly, patient. There’s a lot of work / planning / questions you as a buyer need to be prepared for in order to make sure your home has everything you need and want. Thankfully, Marina and Debbie were more than helpful every step of the way. Now that we are in our home, the customer service team (Danny, Mario and Charles) have also been amazingly kind and helpful in making sure moving was easy and fun. They have also been very responsive in helping us with and issues or repairs that have arisen. Thank you North Ranch, we’re very happy to live here.
We just bought our forever home in North Ranch Redlands and had a great experience, especially with customer service. Debbie and her team were very responsive, friendly, understanding and willing to let us walk through anytime we wanted to while in escrow. They were genuinely happy for us and made us feel like they really cared.We're happy with the quality of the home, although there are a couple outstanding issues that we've been in touch with them about since we moved in.2 smaller work orders were resolved right away to fix a window and some roof tiles, and they had already taken the initiative to install rain gutters and re-paint the stucco that was washing out a little. We have requested some repairs on the upstairs counter, and have been in touch with the cabinet company, but Charles has been very helpful along the way, and follows up regularly to check on progress.This review is 5 stars right now, because we are happy with how everything has gone, and North Ranch's responsiveness so far. The 1-year fit and finish warranty eases my mind as well because I know that anything that comes up in the next 10 months will be resolved. Still waiting for final resolution on the upstairs counter, and will update star rating as needed based on how that issue is resolved.
Worst experience buying a house EVER!!! Our house must be the opposite of Diversified Pacific’s mission statement. All because they wanted to rush to close. Seems like we’re putting in service requests almost weekly. I’d say you pass on DP. Save yourself the headache, heartache and stress and go with reputable builder. Pictures below show some of the issues we’ve had after moving in. Major issue having our entire first floor (1400sqft) torn out to level an unlevel slab that the Sup knew about. Thanks Mike! I really think this “Above The Standard” they preach is a joke. If I were, JEFF BURUM and MATT JORDAN, I’d be embarrassed to have my faces associated with this lack of principles shown through their company and subcontractors workmanship.
Regarding North Ranch Redlands Signature Series: We purchased here and are very satisfied with our experience. Debbie, Marina and Sherry at the sales office are awesome and wonderful to with. They kept us updated on the construction of our new home and answered any questions we had. And they didn't mind us coming in every week to see the progress on our new home. We also had a good experience with the construction crew also. Danny, the lead foreman was awesome as well as Jason, assistant foreman. The crews working on our home didn't mind us walking through our property (as long as it was safe). Mario who did our final walk and Charles who helped us with issues after we moved in were very helpful as well. We received a high level of customer service with Diversified Pacific North Ranch Redlands (unlike at our other home with a different developer). We highly recommend.
