KB Home Rancho Cucamonga Design Studio

Our experience with KB Studio has been fantastic. We opted for the Rancho Cucamonga location. We are so thankful we did! Our studio consultant, Aleen Kojaian, is amazing. She truly took the time to provide her expertise and guidance. She answered every single one of our questions with patience and experience. Going to the design studio although exciting is a process that causes a bit of anxiousness in making the appropriate decisions for our home. Aleen eased our nerves and truly made us enjoy the process. We are blessed to have her on our KB team! - J & Claudia

Nancy and her team were friendly, accomodating, resourceful, reliable and experts. Our experience was overall amazing. They made us imagine and feel our future house. It was surreal. Excited to moving in to our new home. KODUS KB Design Studio Rancho Cocamonga team!

Aleen is honestly the sweetest person you can work with! Being first-time new home buyers, we were a little bit nervous and overwhelmed going into this process. But Aleen made this whole thing really easy for us, and she genuinely made us feel right at home. Aleen was super knowledgeable and always really patient with us & our gazillion questions. Most importantly, she has this incredibly warm & sweet personality where it just feels like we are actually working with a longtime family friend who truly cares about the home design as much as we do. We could talk to her about our home design ideas all day long, and Aleen would be just as excited as we are— that’s when we knew we were in good hands. Also, a shout out to Liz who was also right there with us during our final in-person appointment. Nobody pushed us to get the more expensive selections but what’s right for our home. We are truly grateful for all the design suggestions you both made for us, and we felt 100% confident and happy about the decisions we made when we left the studio. What an amazing experience we had with KB Design Studio at Rancho. Would 10 out of 10 recommend!
