If you are thinking of living here don’t do it. You can’t even park at a place you live at whenever you please. If you have more than two driving people in your household there’s no parking permit available to you. I get off work late and if you run out of your allotted days then you can’t even park at your own home
very pretty place and am proud they developed homes here instead of up in the mountains that should stay the wilderness.

Awesome place to visit even better place to live. Right in the heart of Rancho Cucamonga. You are close to everything from City Hall to Target. Even my favorite elementary school Donna Merced is not far away. Rancho High School is in the school district, and the Terra Vista Theatre is in walking distance. There is a Brunswick bowling alley, 7 eleven, and Circle K in walking distance.
Nice units a little expensive. Nice staff. But if ur gonna go looking at the model homes be sure to pack some water and hiking boots as most units are 3-4 levels of staircases..
