We purchased a home from TNT. I grew up with my father being a commercial builder with his own company and a very high standard for quality. When we first walked into our new home, I was blown away by the attention to detail TNT had given to our home. When I asked about certain features, I learned that they implement the same standards in the least expensive homes they build as they do in their highest quality builds. They do not skimp on quality. They care about their customers too. They also closed on our house when they said they would which speaks very HIGHLY of them. I've heard horror stories regarding other builders in town; but not TNT. I was told by our realtor that they are one of two builders he feels comfortable sending people to.When we walked through the house the first time, not only did TNT take us on a full tour, but they had prepared a binder with all of our appliance warrantees, and product fliers and information inside. I've never seen another builder EVER do that! Neither had our realtor! They are a CLASS ACT.Having grown up with a father who was in the construction industry, I know how sometimes a subcontractor or even the general contractor can make a mistake or have a product they have used fail. I appreciate that TNT stands behind their work. They have been very responsive given the numerous job sites they are consistently juggling. We had an urgent plumbing issue at one point that turned out to be something that was caused by something we had inadvertently done, and they got someone out to our house that day. It turned out to be something easy to fix, and due to their superior quality in building, it did not turn into a larger issue.We did not know them prior to purchasing a home from them, so this is coming from a completely non-biased perspective; nor did they ask us to post a review.All-in-all, I would recommend them 100% to anyone who is looking to have a home built. Just remember, excellent builders 'ain't cheap, and cheap builders 'ain't good! You will get what you pay for and then some with TNT. And a little advice in this day and age where everyone is quick to complain... a little kindness and appreciation goes a LONG WAY!Thank you, TNT! We will continue to recommend you!
Not much of a company, if the companies website is Facebook. Spend the money and create a professional page. By using Facebook turned me away from considering.
