The overall experience with Grande Construction was very good. The fact that we were living in Florida, Grande was very accommodating with our scheduling needs. Everything was moving along as planned. And our closing date was spot on. Communication was excellent and questions or concerns were attended to promptly. They made for a smooth experience to make our move 1100 miles away comfortable. Dealing with the financial end was a smooth experience. We were kept informed of step by step proceedings. However, there were a few things that were not a good experience. Although, on every piece of paper, it was written "no garbage disposal", a garbage disposal was installed. I had heard that the person who had installed the garbage disposal and was later told "no garbage disposal" said "Oh well, we will wait til they complain.". Now I had to wait around for someone to come and remove the disposal. The thing that bothers me the most is that we now have a nonworking switch at our kitchen sink, which was for the disposal. It gnaws at me every time I go to turn the light on and I flip the useless switch. It may sound petty, but it was in all of the paperwork...no garbage disposal. Also, it would have been nice to know about the "sewer tank" in the beginning, not when we had found it sitting in our garage. We are happy in our new home but some hiccups, I think could have been avoided.

Grande Construction and Jenny made this transaction very smooth. They were helpful, accurate in their timing and delivery dates and extremely easy to work with. The home they delivered was beautiful and everything that they represented it would be! Thank you for a nice deal!

Grande is the best builder in Berks county and beyond! With other builders it can be stressful but not with Grande! My clients always have a smooth and fun process and my clients are VERY happy in their Grande homes for years to come! Customers always come first and it shows!
