I’m pretty picky about craftsmanship, so I noticed small details during the process. The trim work, cabinets, and tile lines all came out cleaner than I expected for a new build. Communication slowed a bit near the end when inspections were happening, but they still answered within a day or so. We’ve been here four months now and love the space.

We have been in our new home for almost a year now. Could not say enough good teams about Chris, Joe and various contractors. Great communication, great craftmanship, and very fair priced. The price he gave up front was what we paid. This was my first home building experience so I was nervous about the end cost. A++

After a somewhat tedious land purchase, we were already quite nervous about moving on to the building process. Chris and Joe met with us at our building site on a swelteringly hot summer day and took their time answering the millions of questions we had regarding the build. Never once did we feel rushed, or pressured to make decisions. That theme carried through our entire experience with Hearthstone. When we tell people that our home-building experience was flawless, we 100% mean it. Chris was consistently professional, knowledgeable, and a great communicator. Joe kept us well informed of the day-to-day progress on our home, and his wealth of knowledge and skill set was amazing. As a Construction Engineer, my husband naturally added an extra layer of ideas, questions, opinions, and curiosity, and Chris and Joe were consistently kind, respectful, and responsive to this. This meant so much to us! Every person who worked on our house, from construction to electric to plumbing/HVAC to landscaping and beyond, was professional and provided top-quality work.
