I recently did an inspection with Brandy McKenzie from Abbey Platinum Master Built. She was fantastic to work with and my clients where extremely happy with how smooth the transaction went. I inspect a lot of new builds and this one was one of the best! Especially the attic hatch! Perfect seal and air tight. Very rarely do I see this. The basement was dry, well insulated with airtight vapor barrier. Most homes are sloppy and they get condensation behind them. Bonus.. infloor heating for future legal suite! We have constructed and purchased two homes with Abbey Platinum. They were fantastic to work with through construction to completion. We had never built a new home before but they walked us through everything and made sure we understood. Any questions or concerns we had through the whole process and even after we took possession were addressed. Everyone has been great to deal with, very friendly, accommodating and helpful.
