Beacon Homes Ltd

We used Courtenay to build our acreage home and our expectations were exceeded. From start to finish Courtenay saw our vision of what style and look we wanted and delivered it with the end product. Going forwards on any new projects we would not hesitate to work with Courtenay again.

Very happy with the decision to choose Beacon Homes to build our home. From start to finish, the process went smoothly, and any issues were always dealt with promptly by Courtenay. Courtenay always took the time to explain things since we had never gone through the home building process before and everything was new to us, so that was greatly appreciated.

Courtenay did a great job on our custom cabin at the lake. His experience and professionalism kept the build on time and budget. From start of excavation to occupancy in less than six months, during Covid and material shortages, we are very happy we chose Beacon Homes

My wife and I hired Courtenay to be our general contractor for the construction of a two-story side-by-side duplex in a small town in central Alberta (about an hour from Red Deer). Courtenay was not only patient with us through the entire planning process, but he also provided us with what we found to be an acceptable and fair price, especially vis a vis other GCs who we got quotes from. Whilst constructing a home, there are ups and downs, and with any project of a particular size you are bound to encounter issues. Every single issue was dealt with by Courtenay without argument and without hesitation. He is a good man and he is trustworthy, and most importantly he builds good quality, solid and stylish homes. We learned a lot during the process, and we would have made some changes or addressed some matters that came up a little differently, but in the end we are happy and that's the point. Should we decide to construct any more homes for investment or otherwise, we'd definitely work with Courtenay again. We look forward to it.

Hands down a Great Home builder to deal with. Courtenay takes the time to help a new home owner feel comfortable with decisions and understanding the construction process. Looking for Great Value in your next home call Beacon, you'll be glad you did!
