Purchased a Ridgeline home last summer and moved in in March of 2020. Quality built, great floor plan, all involved in the transaction, from the sales agent , the home designer, to the superintendent were all very easy to work with and very professional. Even though we had some delays due to PG&E and weather, they delivered a quality home. Their designer was very helpful in making suggestions with all our color choices and it all came together quite nicely. We are very satisfied with our new home.
Great homes| We love our 3-bedroom, 2-bath home, and the spacious kitchen! We have been here since September '18, and really enjoying the neighborhood, area, and friendly people. Jennifer and Brian are excellent to work with and give you that personal attention. Brian took care of the issues addressed at walk through. Jennifer made the buying process easy. They both made us feel welcomed the whole time.
