Alair Homes Regina

Alair has been an absolute pleasure to work with to bring our dream home to life. They supported us from the very beginning of the planning process all the way to even months after we got possession. I would like to give a special thank you to Joel, and especially to our project manager Matt. He advocated on our behalf, and helped us coordinate all of the intricacies of our custom home. He ensured all the work was delivered to the expected quality, and his attention to detail was impeccable. No question was ever too big or too small, and he was always reachable. He is a consummate professional, and all around just a genuinely great human being. We hold Alair's workmanship, friendliness, and communication in the highest regard and to anyone who is looking for a builder for their project, we recommend them without any reservations.

We just completed an incredible home renovation with Alair, focusing on our main floor, kitchen, living room, and bathrooms, and we couldn’t be happier! As a family of five with young children, we had a lot of needs to meet, and Alair delivered beyond our expectations. The entire process took just three months, and from the beginning, their team was professional, responsive, and attentive to our vision. Our new kitchen is not only beautiful but also highly functional, making family meals and gatherings a joy. The open living space feels inviting and perfect for our kids to play and have fun. The renovated bathrooms are a dream come true—stylish, spacious, and kid-friendly. Alair’s craftsmanship and attention to detail are top-notch. Our project manager, Doug was beyond excellent, thorough and thoughtful. Throughout the renovation, Alair kept us informed and involved, making it a smooth experience. We highly recommend Alair to anyone looking to renovate. Thank you for transforming our home into a space we all love!

After extensive research and interviewing multiple local home builders, we selected Alair Regina (Team Joel and Bridget) to carry out our major home renovation. From the very start, we loved how clearly Joel explained the process. We had a strict budget and we wanted to fit a lot into that budget. Right from the initial drawings, we were impressed at how well Bridget understood the functionality we were looking to bring into the space - we had given her the challenge to fit everything we wanted into our existing home footprint. We were opinionated in our design and style choices, and Bridget gave us the creative scope we wanted, while keeping the project budget and timeline on track. Joel meanwhile struck an excellent balance of staying involved and available, and kept us aware of where we were in the originally agreed process. Working with Alair on this project has been very non-dramatic, and wonderfully uneventful - the project was completed on time, and the whole process made us less afraid of taking on a whole new home build in the future. We love our now fully renovated house and we're so glad we chose Alair for this project. Thanks Joel and Thanks Bridget ??

We couldn’t be happier with our second floor renovations. Joel and Bridget went above and beyond and coordinated everything down to the smallest details. They were always available for questions and updates. And they managed to complete the project on time despite the pandemic. Would recommend this team without hesitation.

Our house had a water escape incident so we took the chance to do a whole house renovation. Samuel Park managed the majority of the project and Matthew Stevens did the finishing part. They are both great people to work with, very professional, always responsive. We were scared at the scope of the project (over $100k) at first but Sam took the stress out completely. His attention to detail and craftsmanship made the house truly shine. Every sub-trades of his chosen all did quality work, best part is, he even helped us saved money due to their industry relationship! Also, Matt really took the time to finish the house in the end, so it's completely spotless. Many thanks to both of you! Overall, I highly recommend Sam and Alair homes to anyone want to do major house renovation.
