During what was supposed to be the excitement of purchasing a new home, there was extremely unprofessional behaviour by a Sales Manager after closing. We feel we have experienced extremely poor customer service after purchase from the Customer ‘Care’ team… Overall our interactions have made us (and some neighbours) feel pretty disregarded. We highly do not recommend.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Derrek at Pacesetter, and we couldn’t be happier with the home they built for us. From start to finish, the entire process was professional, and enjoyable. The quality of work is outstanding. Every detail, from the foundation to the finishing touches, was completed with care and precision. The team was responsive, transparent, and genuinely committed to bringing our vision to life. They stayed with us on each step,respected our opinions , and offered thoughtful guidance throughout. What impressed us most was their attention to detail and the pride they clearly take in their work. The end result is a beautiful, solid, and comfortable home that we’re proud to call our own. We wholeheartedly recommend Derrek Keating to anyone looking for a trustworthy, skilled, and client-focused home builder. Thank you again for making our dream home a reality!

Very very veeeerrryyyyyy poor after purchase warranty service. BE AWARE !!!! I purchased home from Pacesetter last year and I had many problems. Someone from Service team named Jason came in once to address the issues. After few months another issues had occurred and I sent multiple emails. But, no response from builder. They don't reply to our email. They don't pick up our call. If you look at the reviews with the 5 stars, they are mostly from realters or mortgage agents who works with them or people who work in there team. Very disappointing. If you love your peace of mind, NEVER EVER PURCHASE PACESETTER HOMES.

We recently built and moved in to our Winslow home with Pacesetter here in Regina. Overall, we had a really positive experience from start to finish. Kelsey was our sales manager who was the key to this positive experience. Given we are veteran home buyers, we came in equipped with knowledge and experience about what we would like to make this home work for our young family; however, we were still unsure about some things in the building process. Kelsey was consistently responsive to and professional and honest about all of those requests, questions, and wants throughout. She went the extra mile for us by maintaining ongoing communication that allowed us to build a wonderful working relationship which served as a foundation to build trust with the home builder. Upon possession day, I appreciated Pacesetter’s binder of all the contact information to the businesses that serviced our house should there be any issues, along with home warranty and Pacesetter’s customer care contact information. Kelsey went through everything step-by-step to make sure we knew who to contact. We had to already use it for one of our front locks, and someone was here the same day to fix it!! I hope to never use again, but I’ll be back here to comment regarding those experiences should we need them :-)
