Infill in Edmonton - a business is ultimately responsible for the contractors they hire. To date there are 40+ registered complaints against 1 build. They have violated numerous OHS standards, bylaw standards, environmental standards. They have been filthy, rude and have carelessly damaged adjacent properties. Their machines block fire hydrants, roadways and sidewalks blocking access to vulnerable community members in a school zone. It is also clear you are deleting negative posted reviews without responding which shows a real lack of care.

I bought my first home from Varsity Homes ten years ago as part of a new development. From the start, I was given many assurances about the home and their ongoing support, but my experience was marked by repeated unresponsiveness and delays in addressing issues they were responsible for. Over the years, I reached out multiple times via phone and email with little to no response. Many other homeowners in the area experienced similar challenges. Attempts to work collaboratively were met with delays, dismissiveness, or no follow-up at all. Even during the sale of my home, I encountered further issues that could have been avoided with better communication. Buying a home is a major investment, and I expected more professionalism and accountability. I recommend doing thorough research and exploring other options before making your decision.

I’ve been building a large house with Varsity for a little over two years, and it’s finally done—better than we expected. They did a great job! Thanks to Colin, Bonnie, Bob, Dwayne, Matt, Toby, and Scott for their excellent work.

I purchased a home with this company in 2015. The initial process was very warm, welcoming, promising, and we were happy with how we were being treated as customers. After we moved within the first year we started having problems with Varsity. They are currently still responsible for our property and without fail for the past 9 years Varsity has failed to maintain our property, treat us with respect and be clear with handling our problems. I do not, absolutely, do not recommend dealing with this company and giving them your money to build your forever home with them. They are unprofessional, irresponsible, and do not treat their long term clients with respect.

Clearly their homes are fantastic but not 1 staff member driving a Varsity homes Van someone in charge needs to talk to your staff member driving last 3 letters are TAR on the plate or have him go for driving training. Older gentleman wearing a blue jumpsuit twice almost rear ended me and drove across 3 lanes to turn right when his signal said left? That was this morning on Victoria Avenue turning onto Ring road?
