When these homes are new they are pretty good. I have an older Lifestyle home and had a roof leak. I would have never had a leak if the job had been done right. My leak was from an improperly installed vent pipe. The felt paper was ripped in multiple places when fitting/sliding it over vent. No caulking around the base of the vent. $695 to fix someone else shoddy work. $695 doesn’t sound like a lot but I’m retired and not rolling in money.

Lifestyle homes is by far the best builder in Nevada!!!!! I do work for a lot of builders in the area and none of them have the care for their buyer like lifestyle! If there is ever an issue they are on top of it! Amazing! I just had a water leaking be crack and leak to the point that there was 3 inches of water under my house! I called Peter Lissner and he had 2 guys at my house within 20 minutes! And that was on a Saturday morning! The guys fixed the leaks and had a pump to get the water out of my crawl space! I tried to tip the and they said “ no thank you that’s what we are here for” absolutely amazing! Thank you so much to the Lissner family and the crew at Lifestyle homes! 5 stars! Top notch!!!

From everyone being there at the office to greet the buyers, to graceful, elegant production of the home, to the hands-on approach that our buyers loved, right to the final walkthrough and the closing which was flawless! They are the home builder in the beautiful rural community of Woodland Village! Located next to BLM land with direct access to it. Just pull your OHV out of the garage and drive it directly to the BLM land. The homes are great with excellent attention to detail! Quite a few of the Lifestyle Homes employees are homeowners in Woodland Village. My wife and I retired in 2017 and came from Seattle. We looked all over the SW and settled here with no regrets!.
