Never picked up the phone. My last attempt, the phone rang once and they hang up. I left a voicemail but they never responded back. What a shame, I had high hopes since they have great reviews.
Cardoza Builders did a major renovation and addition on our home and we feel blessed and lucky to have found them. The quality and value of their work is exceptional and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone for any project. We were able to make our dream home a reality working with their architect. Walter is a man of his word who always confirmed and followed up when needed. He has a great eye for detail and his crew, hard working and punctual. Communication was seamless throughout, especially when unexpected issues arose, and they always kept me informed and provided solutions promptly. I have used them for 4 projects now and looking forward to the next one.
Walter did the structural concrete, foundation and carpentry work at my home remodel. He did a great job in a timely manner and was a pleasure to work with. I’m going to continue using him for some of my finish work and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for high quality work at a fair price.
Walter and his team remodeled my kitchen and did an excellent job. There were bumps along the way with the cabinet & countertop company that were quite stressful but Walter took care of it all and made sure everything was done right. The communication and craftsmanship from Walter and his team was excellent. Walter listened to every idea I had along the way, answered every question quickly. He was so helpful, accommodating and friendly throughout the entire process. I will be working with him and his team for future projects and would highly recommend Cardoza Builders.
