It's been a year that I own a ballymore home, their customers satisfaction is guaranteed, I am owner of multiple properties and bought most of them from the builders. I couldn't stop myself from adding my reviews when as a courtesy they fixed drywalls damaged by tenants not by 1 years home adjustment.

Balleymore helps me a lot to close my house. I really appreciate Jason's hard work. He is a very kind and professional person in the group. With his help, I feel much more easy and confident.I will close my house next week and look forward to move in this beautiful home. And I highly recommend Balleymore to the people who want to purchase a dream home. 5 stars home builder.

I bought a villa townhouse from this builder, Helen was great , she was helpful during renovation processing by builder. It has been less than a year since the closing. I paid a substantial amount to the builder to renovate the toilets, floors and laundry inorder to prevent any future plumbing issues. I also did renovations with a private contractor which did not in any way make changes to plumbing and important structures of the home. Less than 2 weeks ago on 4th of November between 2:30Am to 9:30Am the time we were slept through night there was leaking which we noticed on morning , there was a major leaks on the ceiling of kitchen which damaged the ceiling of the dinning room & kitchen and wet carpet of dinning room , I sent an urgent email to Pam and she send their handyman to check the home, then on 6th of November the handyman and plumber came and could not find anything and left without resolving nor finding the issue. As there was no active leak, I have to wait till Monday 11th of November so on 13th of November I hired an inspector myself and sent the report to Pam on 15th of November. The builder didn’t accept their fault and just want to send plumber and handyman to home again which is simply not doing anything. I consulted with experts, and they informed me that first they have put a dehumidifier, then when the wetness was resolved, they can solve the problem with the inspector’s report. I will never recommend this builder to anyone. I am very disappointed.

I would never, ever purchase another home from this builder. We purchased from Ballymore back in 2003. They screwed up so many things in a single house, I don't know where to start. Their PDI/service guy was paid to convince home owners that everything that looked suspicious and questionable in fact was well within a tolerance. Why this review 20 years later, you'd ask? Today, we're facing very same questions from our potential buyers and I encourage these people to call Ballymore Homes.
