Exceptional Custom Home Building Experience with Bloomfield Homes We recently completed a 7,000 sq. ft. custom home with Bloomfield Homes, and I can confidently say the entire experience exceeded our expectations in every way. From the initial architecture and planning stages all the way through to final handover, the process was smooth, organized, and truly seamless. What impressed us most was Bloomfield’s flexibility and commitment to getting every detail right. Midway through construction, we made several major design changes, including adding large windows in the master bedroom and living room, incorporating skylights in the patio, and upgrading to coffered ceilings in every room. Bloomfield handled every change professionally and made it happen without compromising quality. The craftsmanship throughout the home is outstanding. The trade teams were extremely professional, detail-oriented, and clearly experienced. One of the most complex parts of our home is the castle-style curved front structure, which is difficult to frame and finish correctly — but it came out absolutely beautiful. We also have extensive plaster work throughout the design, and the finish is clean, elegant, and perfectly executed. A special highlight is our 6’x6’ skylight, which was amazingly designed and installed — including backlit lighting that looks stunning both day and night. The master closet is another showstopper: beautifully designed with tinted glass features and a center table, making it feel like a luxury boutique. Even the basement was finished to an exceptional standard — we have an office, gym, bar, and theatre room, and every space looks polished, functional, and high-end. We also want to give huge credit to Bloomfield’s interior designer, who is incredibly talented and worked with us tirelessly to ensure we chose exactly what we wanted. Her patience, creativity, and attention to detail made a big difference in the final outcome. In the end, the home turned out better than we ever imagined, and our family is truly happy and grateful.
