We recently had a 550 sq ft ADU built in Alamo, CA, and we’re thrilled with the end result! The project was managed by Daniel Burton, who was very responsive and made sure everything stayed on track. He was always available for questions and kept us updated regularly, often communicating multiple times a week.The construction team as a whole was excellent. The crews were professional, kept the site clean, and demonstrated quality workmanship throughout the project. Any change orders along the way were fairly priced, and the overall cost of the ADU was reasonable.If something wasn’t quite to my satisfaction, I felt confident it would be addressed, and it always was.
