We love our home in Scott's. We can walk everywhere we want - the gym, restaurants, convenience store, breweries. It's perfect for us and Gina made the closing process very easy. More than a year in and we're still thrilled with our decision.

My husband and I purchased a condo in the Mason Yards community in Scott’s Addition in June, 2023. We LOVED the community from our first walk through of the model home; if you have not visited you are missing out! We have always lived in the “suburbs” even when we lived in Chicago, but wanted to live in the city. Mason Yards is in the PERFECT location and such a great opportunity to buy in Scotts Addition. We met Gina during our first walk through of the model home and she was incredibly knowledgeable, transparent and easy to talk with. We felt instantly connected! We went back the next weekend to make our final decision (YAY!!!) and Gina and Amanda guided us through the whole process, taking as much time as we needed with questions and making us feel at ease; we never once felt pressured. Gina and Amanda have kept us in the loop throughout the whole journey of our condo being built with weekly check ins and answering any questions we have, even on a daily basis. We could not have asked for a better experience being first time “NEW” home buyers. We honestly look forward to our bi-weekly/weekly trips down to Scott’s Addition to look at the progress of the condo and visits with Amanda and Gina.
