We have been the electricians for many of Speera Custom Homes’ projects. It is always a pleasure working with Jeff. Not only is he a good builder, but he is also a kind person who treats all of his trades with respect and courtesy. He always wants what is best for the project, regardless of the cost. We’ve had the pleasure of working with many different builders, and there are a lot of builders who cut corners and skip out on quality — and then there are builders like Jeff, whose main focus is quality and client satisfaction. Our relationship with Jeff is one of professionalism and down to earth friendliness. If I were to buy a home, I would be very hesitant with most builders — but knowing the type of workmanship Jeff puts into his homes, I would not hesitate buying one he built. He is an educated builder who continues to get better project by project, and we look forward to strengthening our relationship with him one project at a time.

Jeffery did an amazing job transforming our 30-year old family home into a beautiful customized new house.
