My wife and I had great experience with the services provided by 'Sun Engineering'. Last summer we had our powder room renovated and converted into a full bath; for this project, Sun Engineering helped and guided us throughout the process, starting with obtaining permits, selecting hardware, going through design layouts and providing experienced technicians for construction/installation process. Not just that, but they also followed up with frequent onsite visits and managed to get the project wrapped in scheduled time. Did I mention that their quote beat all other available in the market. Will definitely recommend others to avail. Sun Engineering's services.

I bought a brand new half duplex from Sun Engineering in 2024. The home's layout makes amazing use of space, with minimal sq footage wasted. The house is very comfortable and efficient, I pay just around 100$ a month during winter to heat 3 levels, thanks to Sun Engineering successfully building this home to step 3 of BC Energy Step Code. Overall the house was built with high quality finishes and professionally done thanks to Ravee (the builder) and his team at Sun Engineering. Even though the deal was completed over a year ago, Ravee was always there to answer any questions I had about the home. Recently a motor in the tankless hot heater had to be replaced, Ravee immediately honored the warranty and had the repairs made in 4 days. During the replacement there was some dispute between him and the plumber, where the plumber wanted us to pay out of pocket, despite our warranty document saying we are covered till 2026. Ravee explained to me this occured because the house was technically built in 2023 and most builders would register the warranty as soon as the project is finished to save a few bucks, leaving the buyer with less days of protection under warranty. Ravee said the ethical and correct way is to register the warranty on date of possession, ensuring the buyer gets full coverage of their 2-5-10 warranty. As a result Ravee paid the plumber out of his own pocket to ensure the warranty is honored.

I recently worked with Ravi from Sun Engineering on a duplex project, and I’m really happy with how everything turned out. Ravi was super professional and made sure every detail was spot on. The project was finished on schedule and within budget, which was great. He was always there to answer my questions and kept everything running smoothly.
