Our sales consultant, Hollie and our project manager Eric have now set the standard for every future experience we have moving forward. They go above and beyond at their job and make miracles happen! We’ve built with Pulte before in another state and they made us realize just how terrible our first experience was. Between them and the Pulte lenders and our closing experience and even now the customer care team follow ups we have felt like absolute royalty. This is absolutely the gold standard to how home buying should be! We built from out of state and not once did we feel lost, confused, unsure of the progress in our home. We never had to even reach out to Pulte because Hollie and Eric were so on top of it! Hollie and Eric.. you two deserve a raise with all you have done for us (and I’m sure all your other clients).

We were able to get our preferred site and start building right away. The design process was in-depth and we were able to customize our home with an overwhelming amount of options. The home turned out to be everything we wanted and more. Our builder and sales team were extremely helpful and always available to answer questions every step of the way. Even after we moved in, we still reach out from time to time.
