After a two period of living in a Fleetwood home, our tub cracked down the middle, couldn’t repair on our own , and contacted Fleetwood and all they said was that the warranty had expired, so basically out of luck. Had to contact someone to replace a tub, only 2 years old, and now costing myself 7k to replace, so I filed a complaint with HUD for manufacturer product of poor standard and structurally installed incorrectly.Like the home but not this.

Super shitty “customer service” whenever a repair is needed under the manufacturer warranty. My ceiling fan detached from the base and fell-only held by exposed wires. Where I live submitted an urgent request but Fleetwood stated it would take 5 days to send a repairman. With 2 kids and 2 pets in the home that fan better not fall on anyone or there’s going to be a major lawsuit. Also the quality of the home shows poor work-as if they were rushing.
For months trying to get a simple answer on type of LED bulb that needs replaced. Only once did someone answer phone who claimed they were an "exec" and would have someone follow up with me.
SCAM MANUFACTURERBrand new home leaked horribly before even being installed. The process of getting them to come out took over a year, they "repaired it" and it promptly leaked again. They said this is a different leak, and that it's now out of warranty.It's a shame these crooks are allowed to stay in business.
