Josh and his team have been great at helping get my ADU project off the ground, Josh is extremely knowledgeable as a designer and as an architect, I’m now finally close to completing my project thanks to Josh and his crew. Josh knows the ins and outs of the ADU process and knows which hurdles are involved because he has done so many. It’s great to have someone so experienced at this working on the project.

BEWARE of this company!!! They are nothing but liars and bullies. If there was an option for zero stars I would choose that. Not only did JDB Builders damage our house on the second day on site, they refused to take responsibility for it. Their owner Joshua has been nothing but rude and argumentative for the entire 6 months we have been waiting for our house to be fixed from their damage! We have never seen anything like this before! They have almost $33,000 of our money, and have done nothing except damage our house and ruin our trust in contractors. Save yourself the headache and stress and find a different builder for your needs!
