Just starting my tiny home journey and Maegan was terrific and generous with her time and very easy to ask questions of.She gave me a tour of several of their homes in different stages of production on their property (see pic) and answered all the questions I had. She gave me some very good advice that I will take to heart and I hope to revisit her location again, and I’ll definitely check her out at tiny fest. Looking forward to seeing their showpiece in its completion.
I am posting this review on behalf of all that are interested in having a THOW built with Lifescape. I live in Northern California and have researched tiny living and building for the last 4 years. Maegan with Lifescape Builders ticked all the boxes for me. We wanted the majority of the project to be custom as we live on property in a log home and wanted the THOW to look like it belonged in the surrounding area. The interior should also reflect this with large wood beams and wood paneling. We also wanted the design to work with how the home is to be used so therefore our drawings and ideas were encouraged. The first time I talked with Maegan, after reviewing the website, I never felt rushed. She was very knowledgable and organized regarding the construction process. Never impatient with my millions of questions with subsequent communications. VERY responsive to texts and phone calls. The added bonus for me was a women's insight to the functionality of the little things. There is really no limit (well maybe except for weight) to what can be done if you have the imagination and fortitude. Please consider an inquiry with Maegan and Lifescape Builders for your Tiny Home project, you won't be disappointed.Unfortunately, for now, our build is on hold due the obstacles we have come across with our existing leach lines and septic system. Thank you Maegan.Oh, I wanted to add that the THOW can can be made larger than what they show on their website.
It’s been a few weeks since our home was delivered and I still can’t believe it. My wife and I have talked about and dreamed of the possibility of a tiny home for many years and didn’t know if it would ever be possible. Lifescape Builders not only made it possible but exceed our expectations in every way! In almost exactly 6 months from meeting Maegan and Jesse our new home was being delivered. From start to finish this process has been seamless and the finished product is not only custom to our needs, it is also beautiful. If you’re considering a tiny home, look no further for your builder!
I recently had the pleasure of bringing my purple tiny home dreams to life thanks to Lifescape Builders Maegan and Jesse!I met the dynamic duo over a year ago and together we created a 100% custom home that checked off more boxes than I thought were even possible. Maegan was prompt, answered all my questions, and we worked together every step of the way. As a first time home owner, I didn't think it would be possible, but here I am, the proud owner of an incredibly built tiny home that will turn heads for years and years to come.Thank you Maegan and Jesse for giving me my dream purple house, and allowing me to go crazy with color. I can't recommend them enough.
I had the unique opportunity to purchase a fully designed and built tiny house (Modern Moody) from Lifescape Builders – the design, finishes and quality of the build was well beyond what I could have come up with on my own. I've been trying to go tiny for over 10 years and when I started working with Alaska Wagoner (aka The Tiny House Concierge) she made the connection with Maegan at Lifescape and it was amazing! Maegan was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and patient answering all my questions and working through all the details and paperwork that needed to happen for the purchase. She and her husband/builder, Jesse, helped me through the setup and made sure everything was working and perfect upon delivery. The tiny house traveled over 1,300 miles to be delivered to my parking space and even over that huge distance there was only a single crack in one spot of the drywall which was truly minor and was easily fixed upon delivery by Jesse. To think that a house built with this level of finish and using drywall and all the other luxury finishes would make it so far with only 1 thing that needed to be touched up is a testament to the quality of the build and attention to detail that Lifescape delivers. I fell in love with the house when I saw it and getting to know Maegan and Jesse was an absolute pleasure – I can't recommend them highly enough. If you want a tiny house with unique and thoughtful touches, they are the people to talk to if you ask me. Thank you, Maegan & Jesse!
