I can’t say enough about how positive my experience was with Morrell Builders, during the construction of my new townhome. My project managers (both internal and on site) were wonderful! I appreciated their expertise, their guidance, their willingness to communicate, their honesty and their patience … not to mention their sense of humor! Right from the beginning of the construction process, everyone I came into contact with was extremely helpful and professional. They were quick to answer questions and find reasonable solutions. Being a first time home builder, I second guessed my decisions frequently. They were gracious in allowing me time to come to my own conclusions and supported me with wise advice along the way. In the past I have heard horror stories about people’s experiences building a new home, but I was very pleasantly surprised about how smooth the process was with Morrell Builders. I have been telling everyone about my positive experience and will continue to highly recommend them for anyone thinking about building a new home!

My home is currently under construction, but I want to commend the process of building with Morrell Builders so far. I currently live out-of-state, so it can be difficult to manage all the details of building a new home. The Morrell team has managed to make the process very easy. Through video conference calls and building site photos and videos, we have been able to keep the project on track, and for me to monitor the progress. From my first encounter with the sales agent at the model home, to the client liaison for the builder, to my project manager, to the interior designer and the consultant assigned to me at the Inde design center, the overall process has been very manageable. The centralized design center concept at Inde simplified the process of planning each space in the home and selecting the many finishes. Working with a designated kitchen and bath designer and an interior design consultant allowed for a personal working relationship where I could share my vision and explain my needs, and they could expertly make that vision a reality. In doing my research before deciding on a builder, Morrell consistently had positive reviews and a reputation for high standards and quality of workmanship. I have been impressed with my experience so far and I look forward to seeing the results of this stellar team’s efforts!

Working with Morrell took much of the stress away as we’d never built a brand new home and had to pick out EVERYTHING! Bill and Greer were amazing to work with, holding our hands and answering every question along the way. Inde design studio (specifically KD and Alexa) walked us through every design selection and made sure we were happy with our choices. During the build, Greer and Champ were always available to answer questions and even make changes when we changed our minds! There was never a time we were told ‘No’. They were very patient and made sure we understood everything about the build of our new townhome. Have there been bumps in the road? Of course, but Morrell always made sure we were satisfied with the result. We’ve been here a year now and couldn’t be more pleased. Morrell stands behind their product and that gives us peace of mind!

From start to finish, working with Morrell Builders on our dream home in Wolfsberger Park was an absolute pleasure. The entire team was incredibly professional, kind, and a joy to collaborate with. The design process felt like they had read our minds, bringing our vision to life with beautiful executed detail and precision. Communication was excellent throughout the entire project. We always knew what was happening and what to expect next. Beyond the build itself, we're so grateful for the community Danielle has created. The neighborhood events have been a fantastic way to meet our new neighbors, and we've already formed friendships that we know will last a lifetime. Our daughter is thriving in our new home and neighborhood. We highly recommend Morrell Builders to anyone looking to build a high-quality home with a truly caring team.

Morrell Builders was incredible to work with from start to finish! Danielle was always very responsive and answered all of our questions. We built our home while we were in Baltimore and never doubted the quality and service. Gus was also great to work with when it came time to do walk throughs.
