I signed a contract with Sergio Jr in June of 2025 to have roof, siding, soft metals, and gutters replaced. Sergio was fantastic dealing with the insurance company and adjusters. However, once he got the initial $34,000 check in hand, communication has been scarce. They finally completed the roof at the end of September (still missing some drip edge). Then the siding fiasco began. His crew showed up to my house first in Mid October, with no material, thinking it was ordered. It was not. His crew was frustrated that they drove 4 hours round trip for nothing. Then when it finally arrived on Nov 13th, I tried to call him about the color of the siding being different than the one in the catalog. From November 14th, I've not heard back from Sergio. Will not answer calls or texts. He was even at my house once to drop off materials, knowing that I wanted to speak with him, but left in a matter of minutes not allowing me to talk to him. The roof job is still incomplete. The siding job is still incomplete. The soft metal and gutters haven't even been started. I actually have gutters that are lying on the ground and have not been touched. I feel that I've been a very easy going customer. No time restraints, no complaining, etc. I just cannot get ahold of anyone, and now I'm questioning if they even plan to come back and finish the job. Insurance is calling me about the supplemental check, which cannot be issued until the work is complete. I'm hoping that this will prompt a phone call or response from Sergio, or someone else at Platinum Home Builders. Thank you!

Roof looks amazing Amer knocked on my door even though I had a no soliciting sign and heard him out and went ahead and filed a claim for wind and hail damage he was with my husband as well throughout the whole process and the workers were very clean and didn't cause a mess like other jobs we had

They did a fantastic job replacing my roof covered by Home insurance Amer Ahmed the project manager was very helpful the workers were here early and extremely nice. Stayed until it was done and covered all of our plants and deck and made sure everything was clean at the end.

Ignore the Karen guide below, Amer knocked on my door with full respect and explained he wasn’t a salesman I actually have been wanting to have my roof be replaced a while ago but he came and explained that you could get a full replacement through home insurance and all I had to do was cover my deductible I told him that’s fine and he helped me get approved through State Farm. If it wasn’t for him coming to my door and being so respectful I would have have to been out of pocket 32,000 for my home. Amer managed the project perfectly helped with the insurance claim and made sure everything was clean after the workers were done.

Sergio Jr was pleasant to work with he was quick to answer any questions or concerns. They worked with my insurance company when the roof needed more repair then they had approved. All there workers were friendly and courteous. They did a excellent job on the roof,siding, fascia,and gutters. All my neighbors really like how the house turned out. My wife and I love it. If you are looking to do your roof or siding I would recommend PHB. Sergio Sr was also nice to work with.
