We purchased a Silverthorne home earlier this year and have been very pleased with its quality and design, and the service we received. Ryan Webb, our Construction Manager, was absolutely amazing! What really stood out to us was his kindness, patience, and willingness to help. No question ever felt too small, and he always took the time to explain things clearly. If a problem came up, he handled it right away in a calm and professional manner. We really appreciated his help perfecting the look of our kitchen, which we absolutely love! In addition, he went above and beyond to get us in our new home earlier than originally expected. Thanks to Ryan, building our home was an enjoyable experience!!! We would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone building a home.
Can’t say enough about what an easy and pleasant experience building with Silverthorne was!First, my husband is a tradesman so he chose Silverthorne over all the other builders in the area because of the construction quality and he was Not Disappointed, and he’s Very hard to please!Next came our salesman Jim who wasn’t pushy and patiently answered all our questions and walked us through the process. Jamie was efficient and so helpful with our portal selections. Nick with tile and flooring made an intimidating process downright fun! Ashley with the cabinet company was amazing and very helpful, and everyone on staff at the loan company went above and beyond to be helpful, kind and patient.Now… our construction manager Logan!He threw the experience Over The Top!!As the build started there would be little things we would see and get stressed about. I’d put it in the portal and Logan would just handle it!! No complaints Ever and I never had to ask twice. It got to the point that I Completely stopped stressing over Anything because I knew that if there was anything (within reason) that Logan could do to make us happy he would !I just simply can’t say enough about how wonderful he was to work with, and he and the Silverthorne team delivered us our dream home just as we wanted it!!I haven’t started the warranty process yet, but judging by my experiences up to this point my confidence level in the warranty team is high and I doubt I’ll be disappointed.
Logan and Tyler were awesome. I was able to build my dream home.Logan kept in contact with me the whole time. He made sure the workmanship was outstanding. He was very thorough in explaining all the features and details. Tyler went above and beyond to get me a great loan company and made sure I had access to all the options and upgrades. Silverthorne homes are beautiful! We closed on ours on July 31st. We started this journey by going to see the model home in Hampshire. The salesman Ryan G greeted us and answered all our questions. Ryan was very warm, kind and caring. He told us about all the fine perks that were thrown in for example the unfinished basement. Silverthorne offers quality features but you could upgrade if you want to customize your home to a higher standard for a fee.We decided to build the ranch home (The Lincoln)Ryan G. Was great about checking on prices for upgrades we were interested in.Ryan welcomed us back to revisit the model and would take us through our home anytime we wanted to see the progress. Ryan Webb was the construction manager who supervised/built our Amazing DREAM HOME. Through the entire process he was kind and courteous answering all of our questions and concerns including meeting us at the home on a few occasions. He also posted many pictures of our home as it was being constructed.When our home was done Josh B. came on the scene. He is the warranty manager. Josh is also very kind. He answered many of our questions and he even showed up on the day of our closing. He went over the different warranties and how to pursue getting things fixed.He was very quick to get us any answers that we needed. On closing day we met Glen M. he is in charge of any repairs needed after closing. Glen takes the time to listen to all your concerns. He addressed some issues on the spot and he scheduled a time to have him or a technician come out to fix it.He is prompt at getting back to you and his work efficient. There are other members on the team that you deal with on the construction portal.The portal is nice because the whole team can see the communication and can respond accordingly.
