This was the first home build for my husband and I. We knew chance both as a friend and a home builder. After seeing several projects of his we knew without a doubt we wanted to use him to build our home chance is very professional, always responsive, and always willing to answer any questions or concerns before, during and after build. Our build couldn’t have gone any smoother than it did and we were extremely pleased with the timeframe of only 10 months!! Before we started, chance sent us addresses of some of his current projects to look at so we could get ideas n what we liked as far as color and design and each one we looked at was amazing! So many beautiful details in each design only made it harder for me to decide! We knew what we liked but they all could have been considered a dream home for me! Chance is extremely knowledgeable in all areas of home designing, building, fixtures , decor, you name it, and if we couldn’t figure it out he was on point with knowing what we should do. He has awesome relationships with his contractors who also spoke very highly of Chance and showed nothing but the utmost respect for him We couldn’t agree more!
