We recently purchased our new home in the Clear Creek community with Brohn Homes, and the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. While the home itself is beautifully built, it was the people behind the process who truly made the difference — especially Hailey Frey, Nathan, Alexia, and Aliera. Each brought professionalism, care, and a personal touch that made us feel supported and confident every step of the way.

Hailey was instrumental from day one. She wasn’t just there to walk us through paperwork — she became our guide, advocate, and go-to person for every question and decision. From the early planning stages through to final selections, Hailey kept things clear, timely, and manageable. Her communication was second to none; she always followed up, stayed ahead of the timeline, and anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. When Hailey wasn’t available, Alexia stepped in seamlessly and made sure nothing slipped through the cracks. Her support, responsiveness, and attention to detail made it feel like we were still in the best hands possible.

On the construction side, Nathan truly led the charge. His regular updates, transparent communication, and ability to break down complex construction steps gave us peace of mind throughout the build. He treated the home as if it were his own — monitoring quality, addressing small details before they became issues, and making sure the process stayed smooth and on schedule. It was clear that Nathan took great pride in his work, and it showed in every walkthrough and milestone.

As we approached the final stages, Aliera conducted a thorough QA walkthrough, and her attention to detail genuinely impressed us. She pointed out things we never would have noticed and made sure even the smallest items were addressed with care. Her insight and sharp eye gave us an added layer of confidence that everything in our home was being finished to the highest standards.

He walked us through various construction milestones and answered even our most technical questions with clarity and patience.

Nathan didn’t just manage the build - he took ownership of it. The level of attention to detail shown showed us how invested he was in delivering a home he'd be proud of. We always felt like we were in capable hands with Nathan overseeing the job site, coordinating trades, and ensuring that everything met or exceeded Brohn’s standards. His transparency, expertise, and genuine pride in craftsmanship made a potentially stressful phase feel seamless and even enjoyable.
