We recently purchased our new home in the Clear Creek community with Brohn Homes, and the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. Pretty easy 5-star from our perspective. We had a great agent to work with (Khanh Tran) who was patient with us as we looked over a few options multiple times, she was insightful and provided valuable perspectives, and the home itself is just fantastic! It is worth mentioning how safe the community feels - we walk around the Clear Creek neighborhood multiple nights a week with our newborn, and we are met with smiles by those we interact with.
