We interviewed a number of local companies for our renovation/addition and chose to work with White Wolf after our first meeting with Kyle. We’re so glad we did! We were dealing with a number of unknowns in our “new to us” home built in the 60’s and renovated without permits by the previous owner. Kyle was honest with us from the start about what could potentially complicate the project, which involved demolishing an existing garage and suite, dealing with some issues in the main house, adding 500 square feet and creating a large garden suite for my husband and I so our son and daughter-in-law and expected grandbaby could move into the main house. Basically everything he warned us about, from asbestos to lead paint to existing framing to drainage to soil conditions turned out to be factors and the White Wolf team managed every challenge efficiently and minimized the stress of the renovation, not easy with our extended family and two crazy dogs living together upstairs during the renovation! Everyone on the White Wolf team was wonderful to work with and all of the sub contractors they brought in for the project were great. Kyle kept in touch throughout the process, communication was excellent and our site supervisor Jeff was amazing. His responsiveness and attention to detail was so appreciated, he went above and beyond to make what could have been a very stressful time as easy for us as possible. Now we’re happily settled in to our beautiful multigenerational home and enjoying time with our granddaughter, she arrived just before the project completed and was welcomed by Ashley and Kyle with a lovely gift. We can’t recommend White Wolf highly enough, it was an exceptional experience to work with them.

We approached White Wolf Homes in early 2025 to discuss a possible renovation of a 2300 SQFT non renovated duplex in Brentwood Bay. From first contact with the owner (Kyle) and our Project Manager (Elliot), the process has been seamless and each stage of the process was communicated very effectively. Throughout the design & building process, each stage was completed with the most meticulous detail whilst keeping costs that align with both your budget and long term vision for the property. White Wolf are by far one of the best home build/ design companies I have encountered which is impressive as one of us has a professional background in property. White Wolf Homes is a fantastic company to work with. From our initial visioning meeting on our back lawn with Kyle and Elliot to our completed suite addition - the experience could not have been better! Communication was very responsive, we were never left waiting to hear back throughout the project. The project was completed on-time (even a bit early!) and on budget - which was important to us as our budget was tight. All the trades were well coordinated with the build moving along at a steady pace. Any issues or concerns that arose were dealt with quickly and professionally. Working with Elliot as our project manager for the latter half of the build was an absolute pleasure - he is a gem of a person, so helpful, patient, and willing to explain things in lay-terms. White Wolf created a beautiful home for our family with the utmost integrity, professionalism and kindness - it felt like working with old friends on a project together.
