10 STARS!!! I started my bathroom remodel project dreading it but knew I had to move forward because I had a leak. Previously, my experiences with contractors had been terrible and that is an understatement and not an exaggeration. I found a flyer in my front yard and noticed Rossle Homes was locally owned in Natomas (which was the first thing that caught my eye because I support local as much as I can). Next, I checked out their website and liked the photos I saw so I went to Yelp and the reviews were positive so I called and Jessie picked up. I explained my leak problem, said I didn't trust contractors, and Jessie's response was, "I get it, they can frustrate me too." Jessie explained how Rossle Homes evaluates their contractors' professionalism, skills, and work product so that their customers receive the highest level of service. And when they came out to provide an estimate, they were easy to talk to, I felt comfortable telling them what I was thinking for the remodel and what I hated (wide grout lines, gold trim, and bad contractors) and they went over everything to provide an honest, fair estimate. So far, so good but I was still afraid another company with contractors would disappoint me. ROSSLE HOMES KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK LIKE A WINNING HOME RUN AT THE WORLD SERIES!Some quick highlights: Jessie and George took the time to take me shopping for tile, flooring, fixtures etc. and we did not stop until I was happy; I received daily texts updates on the work schedule, contractors, etc; EVERY SINGLE contractor was kind, courteous, respectful, and worked ALL day, EVERY day; the foreman was onsite every day inspecting every detail and even when I didn't see an issue, Rossle Homes did and had work re-done to their standards at no cost to me. Were there a few surprises and issues, sure, but for a project as large as a master bathroom remodel, they were minor. I came from a place that I was sure yet another contractor would let me down to someone who cannot express my deep satisfaction, gratitude, and happiness with a JOB AMAZINGLY DONE by Rossle Homes! And yes, I 100% will be using them again to create my dream kitchen in the future! ;)
Rossle Homes made a complete transformation of my home.We moved the kitchen and combined, previously separated kitchen, dining, and living rooms into one open space. George helped visualize all my ideas in 3D which helped immensely. The final result looked exactly like on the rendering.They also converted third of my garage into a 4th bedroom! And they did so seamlessly that you can’t even tell that used to be my garage!I love how my kitchen looks and how it functions.We stayed in the house during the remodel and all contractors were courteous and professional. The full remodel took about three months.I highly recommend Rossle Homes
