Our experience has not been very good and if we ever build again it will not be with TR Hughes. The initial process was easy but once we actually moved in, that quickly changed. Most of the items that we were told would be fixed were not done to our satisfaction such as the nail pops. The workers come in and do a quick fix. Not acceptable considering its a $400,000 house! The window company forgot to put in the screen in the kitchen. Our floors pop when we walk on them in certain areas, even after the company came out to "fix" them. The front door knob came off last month. We have water that sits under the garage door when it rains and now those areas have pieces of concrete coming up. We were told TR Hughes used a bad company to lay the concrete and there is nothing they are doing to fix it. The house is 2yrs old and we have huge chunks of concrete coming up. The concrete on the porch is 3 different colors. A house nearby had an issue with the basement flooding!
We purchased our new construction TR Hughes home in December of 2022. Not having been through the process before made us nervous about going the new construction route. From our initial sit down with Jenn, to our constructions meeting, first walk through, and final walk through couldn't have been made easier. Every TR Hughes employee during every step of the build was incredibly easy to work with and answered every question or concern we had. The quality of our build exceeded our expectations. After we moved in, our 2 month and 12 month walk throughs addressed all items that didn't look quite right. Overall, I'd highly recommend TR Hughes to build your new home.

I love working with t r Hughes they're great company great customer service and they're always on top of their game. I'm now looking to buy a house and of course I go to the best.
