Working with this local builder has been nothing but amazing. We bought our home almost 2 years ago and we were able to choose the paint, flooring, countertops and carpet. They include all of the extras in the price, rather than charging extra for things like the fence and grass. The builder Chad lives in our neighborhood and he always responds quickly if we need anything regarding the house. He sends someone from his team over right away. I am so happy we chose to buy our first home with this builder!

We whole heartedly recommend Forest Ridge Homes. It was our first time building a new home and it was a seamless process. They are also an Oregon based, LOCAL, family run business and the competition (in our housing addition) is not. The competition here is a national chain.Their homes are much better quality than the competition, (in our opinion). What sold us though, is that Forest Ridge offers choices in cabinets, flooring, countertops, and even the outside paint can be a customized color. The competition does not offer any of these choices.Lots of extra touches, and thoughtfulness in all the details. Nice quality appliances, kitchen and bath features, and fireplace.There was a minor problem that cropped up and they fixed it immediately, and at their expense.We absolutely LOVE our new home!
Bought a new home a year ago. The quality is outstanding. Very happy with the builder, they are a family owned local company. We got so much for the price we paid: fencing front and back, landscaping (again front and back), tankless water heater the list goes on. The builder's pride in workmanship is obvious!
