Working with this local builder has been nothing but amazing. We bought our home almost 2 years ago and we were able to choose the paint, flooring, countertops and carpet. They include all of the extras in the price, rather than charging extra for things like the fence and grass. The builder Chad lives in our neighborhood and he always responds quickly if we need anything regarding the house. He sends someone from his team over right away. I am so happy we chose to buy our first home with this builder!

They helped us every step of the way from selecting the lot, choosing the model of the house, choosing right upgrades for our family needs and so on.
