A major home renovation can be scary, especially when it's a total gut and re-build of our 95-year old house. We approached the project with some uncertainty. Will we get what we wanted? Will they stay within budget? Can we trust the contractors we selected? With Living Home Construction, the answers were 'YES'. For 8 months the Living Home team worked with us, our architect, and our designer to create our new home. Of course there were bumps along the way... a load-bearing wall removed , fitting all plumbing in a tight space, etc. But in the end, it all worked out. The best things we can say about Living Home Construction are: They always made it right. The quality of workmanship was high. Our Project Manager was alway accessible and responsive. Their subs were great (we used and/or recommend them even after moving back in). And they stayed within budget (not easy in the current construction frenzy). Overall, we recommend Living Home Construction if you want a good experience and a great product.
