Called them 3 times said, their roofer would call ,and he did and even came by to say he could get to it , at the latest the weekend. The weekend came and went,w/ no call, follow up. Two insurance companies came by to s as y it was builder improperly installing vents.
My kitchen is beautiful, my den is awsome. I would definitely call on them again

Do not WALK but absolutely RUN!!!!! Run away as fast as you can if you are considering buying a property from these scam artist.. I'm not one to bad mouth or discredit someone's work but this has gone way to far and needs to be noted..I purchased a property from Danny six months ago and have had problem after problem.Danny feels he isn't responsible for the craftsmanship that went into the property. Any issue you are experiencing he pawns it off on the sub-contractors and unlicensed workers that built the property stating you will need to contact them to fix any issues you are having.. End result nothing gets fixed...I'll start with the poorly sloped concrete that runs water back into my house when it rains (that is less than a year old and is cracked everywhere btw), the hollow tiles, unfinished moldings, tack strip that comes through the carpet,the crooked toilets in every bathroom, unfinished carpentry and the several other problems i'm currently experiencing... Danny feels its best to disregard all the attempts to communicate with him.. He is either out of town or pawns it off on his son Austin (good luck getting a call back from him btw). Typical excuses for someone that is trying to avoid the situation...His craftsmanship is very poor and the level of experience within his staff is reflected in their sub-par work.Sierra Vista Construction is unreliable and very unprofessional!! Save yourself the hassle and RUN when you see or hear Sierra Vista Construction!!!!
