The community looks nice and the homes air fair but unfortunately the sales staff are not very responsive. They don't answer calls or return messages and when you walk in they meats seem like they're to busy to assist you. I guess that's the nature of the industry when it's sellers market but you would think they would still provide good service.
I drove into Rosena Ranch on accident one day almost a year ago looking for a book that I was hoping would change my life. The Barnes in noble didn't have it in stock at the one in Victorville and I just couldn't wait for it to be shipped so I decided it would be fun to go on a little trip. It was seriously the most beautiful places I've ever seen, as I drove under the yellow and red leafed trees I could see mountains in my rear view mirror glistening with snow. I KNEW IN THAT MOMENT, that was where I wanted to live and buy my first home. I'm still convincing my husband to come see it, but one day I'll be there again and my dreams will come true.
Great location peaceful area. Shopping is not that far yes it is not really close like the next street over but it is not far also. Superhome is amazing especially if you have parents or in-laws or just extra income from a renter..
It's beautiful to live in the foothills. A quiet community with many malls for shopping, eating and entertainment within just a few miles. We love it here. The Lennar Corporation is wonderFul to do business with. They follow up before and after you occupy your home and make sure everything is exactly the way you like it.
It's a beautiful place. Nice an quiet. I have to say it's a easy to get lost but not as easy as you might guess seeing as the community is almost a circle. I work in construction there with the new homes and I have to say top notch .
