Leo and Prime Home builders have completed our major house extension and rebuild project to our satisfaction, on time and with minimal changes in budget.
We had taken quote from several contractors, prime home builders quote was quite reasonable cost wise and among the best time wise. Leo was personally available to discuss and quote and contract. Their team started work on time and made regular progress. The team handled few difficult city inspections very professionally and completed initial rough-build phase in good time. Flooring, tiling, electrical and other finishing came out very sharp, we were involved throughout the finishing process and team worked with regular inputs from our side. Our project had a unusual flat (low-slope) roof deck, which was done quite smoothly despite its challenges and the team also coordinated with external contractors/specialists.

Prime Home Builders did an exceptional job building our 1 bed-room apartment. Leo’s team delivered the project on-budget and 2 months ahead of schedule! It was a seamless process from contract signing all the way through project completion. Leo understands the San Jose city permit requirements and efficiently planned, scheduled and coordinated city inspections. We were impressed by Leo’s ability to tap into the best talent in the industry who were experts in their specific field (exterior deck and stairs, installation of new kitchen, install new flooring, extensive electrical work, ac/installation, etc…). We look forward to working with Prime Home Builders for future projects too!

We did a major remodeling of our single family home and Prime Home Builders did a phenomenal job. We tried getting quotes from a bunch of other contractors all of whom came and took a look but never came back with a quote. We found out later that the reason was due to the fairly complex work required in our house. Leo (owner) was very respectful from the beginning and showed interest in getting the business. He patiently heard our goals with the remodeling, got his architect to come up with the plan and gave a reasonable quote. We stayed in the house while the remodeling was scheduled to happen. We really liked the fact that Leo setup a temporary kitchen (including moving the dishwasher to one of our bedrooms) that was fully functional so that our toddler meals weren't affected. Once the work commenced, we found out major issues with the wiring, plumbing (our house was built in 1959) and sewage line. Leo offered to fix all of these and we pretty much rewired the house, repiped and laid a new sewer line for a reasonable price above the original quote. Leo even added wiring the house for cable and internet from a central closet location for free. We really liked the pace with which Leo and his men finished the entire project which included a kitchen, a new master bathroom, a new guest bathroom, a new walk-in closet, upstairs bathroom and a media room, whole house (2 stories) electric rewiring, whole house repiping, a new sewer line (including fixing up the lawn)in 3 months flat. Leo pulled all the necessary permits from the city and the entire interaction was extremely professional. Overall, we highly recommend Leo and Prime Home Builders for your next home project.
