I couldn’t be happier with Noam and Roi from Clear Design & Build.
We did our full house remodel interior and exterior, I would be lying if I said it went perfectly.
We did have several snags along the way.
It did take time to get our permits longer than expected but Clear Design & Build team really took charge and made sure that nothing would fall through the cracks and stayed on top of it with the city.
Every step of the way they were there to guide us and make sure we are aware of all the moving parts.
We are happy with how our remodeling project turned out the team preforming the work on site were incredible!! The attention to details and mostly the communication with Noam and Roi was just amazing!

Clear Design & Build worked on a partial bathroom remodel for us, converting a shower stall to a bathtub and shower combination. We had a wonderful experience working with Roi and the Clear Design & Build team! Their communication was amazing and really helped us understand the process and know what was going on - we appreciated that so much. This is the second time Roi and his crew do work in our home. And once again they exceeded our expectations.

This time we contracted Clear Design to paint and replace the ugly carpet with hardwood floors on our second floor. They also installed new carpet with wood risers on the stairs and new baseboards everywhere. While we removed all the extraneous stuff from drawers and shelves, the team moved all the furniture in the bedrooms and office area. We are SO pleased with the results! The work was completed ahead of time, and workers showed up on time per the schedule we had agreed on. Every one in Roi's crew worked diligently and expertly, with Ricardo or Roi coming on a regular basis to inspect and give direction. Roi communicates all the time, is straight forward and takes time to ensure we understand the contract before we sign and that we're pleased with the results once the work is done. While Roi is outstanding, how he chooses his staff says a lot about his company: every one represents him, and each crew member is fastidious about their work, taking the time to complete everything perfectly and diligently.

I have no hesitation in recommending Roi and Clear Design & Build for your renovation needs. There were no budget surprises, and his bid was reasonable. We will certainly be calling on them again to help us with the list of renos we have for our home.

Roi did an incredible job on our home remodel—recently upgrading our master bedroom to match with the rest of our home.
