AW just put out a video referencing the community stating their committed to maintaining a pristine community.It’s required for each front yard to have 1 tree & 15 plants - 3 different sizes however, as you tour the neighborhood plants are starting out @ 9 per yard. There are many dead plants weeds on the ground & growing above plants. I wouldn’t normally leave a review however, I called left a message for a return call from association rep and nothing!! It’s been 3 weeks. Association fees are running $95. - $132. Per mth.

Been 2 weeks since we got the keys to our house. My first home. Pretty excited. Decided to add tile throughout the house before we move in. Found out that the foundation was very bumpy, uneven, make sure you check on your walk around and mark with blue tape where it looks unleveled.
