Everyone is amazing that works for Fulton homes! Jack is amazing and he seems like he loves helping people and loves his job. Travis is amazing and every easy to talk to and if you have a problem in the house the first couple of days he will come out and look what’s going on asap.
Do not trust these people. Hire an independent inspector to look at the homes thoroughly before signing anything. They will take short cuts when possible and their focus is on pumping out as many units as possible. Family almost bought a place from these people and the build quality was awful. Sorry
These homes look beautiful just be advised to make sure that they are thoroughly inspected. I would recommend to hire a home inspector before you purchase a home here in Queen Creek. I am not looking to purchase a home but I noticed a couple things wrong with so e of these homes while passing by...
Beautiful homes with great quality! With covid, every builder has been hit with problems. We definitely had our share! Overall, better quality than most home builders, other than the trim work, younger brother door and trim is awful and they do terrible work. I wish Fulton would use a different company!
I’ve had two Fulton homes in the past and I’ve never seen this in my 55 years of living here in the valley. Went out there to look at the homes and the salesman told me that they have not sold home in 3 1/2 months and they have no plan on selling homes anytime in the next several months. There are lots but no chance of buying a home. Yes, I understand the current home sales market at this time. Therefore, I have a salesman who can’t give us any response in the sales office regarding homes. So basically what I got out of my conversation is that we will never be able to buy a home from Fulton homes given their current sales plan. I can only imagine what their service department would be like in the next couple years trying to get something fixed if this is level of professionalism.
