Extremely poor experience so far and not up to par with what Toll Brothers claims to produce. Slow build times, no communication, and no order to construction. They constantly push our closing date every month with little to no explanation as our home sits untouched for months on end. Extremely unmotivated construction schedule and terrible organization from the beginning. Do NOT buy here if you would like an organized and transparent home building experience.

Worst experience ever, 20 month build time, almost no updates along the way, terrible communication, limited options on homes, and to top it off after several walk thrus that failed we were basically told take it or leave. They refused to correct many of the mistakes made and now we are paying a contracter tens of thousands of dollars to fix all the mistakes and shoddy work. Do not buy from Toll Brothers and get fooled like we did

Based upon today's experience I would recommend that if you wish to tour lots or homes have the sales person drive as there is significant amounts of debris which can damage car tires as exampled in the new photos.
