We've had a great experience with everyone at DR Horton. Starting with the sales process, John was straight forward and was incredibly responsive throughout. It didn't matter what the question or concern was, John was on it. When we did our initial walkthrough (blue tape), Donovan was more thorough than we were. He wanted to make sure everything was perfect. Then Jesse and his crew made it perfect. He is outstanding and made us feel like we were buying a million dollar home - everything mattered.
