What I appreciated most was how real and genuine he was. He didn’t treat us like just another transaction, he treated us like family.

I truly felt like he was guiding a family member through one of the biggest decisions of their life, not just working with a stranger. He was honest, transparent, and always willing to give straightforward advice, even when it wasn’t the “easy” answer.

We've had a great experience with everyone at DR Horton. Starting with the sales process, John was straight forward and was incredibly responsive throughout. It didn't matter what the question or concern was, John was on it. When we did our initial walkthrough (blue tape), Donovan was more thorough than we were. He wanted to make sure everything was perfect. Then Jesse and his crew made it perfect. He is outstanding and made us feel like we were buying a million dollar home - everything mattered. One of the best home buying experiences we've had!
