They are both very knowledgeable in their field and patiently explained the building process. It’s a breath of fresh air to have when navigating so many moving parts and I couldn’t be more grateful. I’m also very excited to personalize my home with a reputable builder that has great customer service. Even the construction superintendent Jordan is very patient and personable. My advice is 100% to check out KB Home, especially in Sanford if you are wanting to be in that area.
