My building experience with the Tolaris Team is exceptional. They are super responsive, communicate very effectively, and the quality of the work has exceeded my expectation. I have built several times never having a positive experience as I have with Tolaris. I highly recommend them.

Tolaris has been a great resource to us. We are relocating to the Sanford area. Rick has been extremely generous with his time and knowledge and helped us understand what is important about Florida home construction. I have seen several of his builds in the resale market and the quality is excellent and standing the test of time. We are still finalizing our relocation, but I have confidence Rick he will help us make the right decision. Either to build new or remodel existing,.
