It’s pretty surreal how Rick , meets with every homeowner and together they design the custom home that meet each persons ideas and needs . He works with home owners at every stage . He’s always willing to change any or add to the home per homeowners request at any stage in production. We can’t say enough about Rick Bavec and the help he gave us navigating the uncertain and challenging adventure of creating our dream home. Rick truly is the consummate professional. He is kind, patient, respectful and very understanding as to the delicate nature of this process. From the moment you meet him, you’ll know you have the right builder!
Undertaking a custom home building journey can have its emotional ups and downs and Rick and his team were there every step of the way to ensure us that we were on the right track. Our home has turned out beautifully. The craftsmanship is of exquisite quality. And expectations have been exceeded.
