Lots of issues that never seem to end with Kb homes. Our biggest issue was the wood boring insects- two different types- that started to come out of our walls. KB home tried to claim the holes were cause by “nail pops”. Two different pest control companies said we needed to fumigate, KB is cheap and opted to only do a direct treatment of the holes where the bugs came from. So disappointed in how KB handled this issue, as well as our numerous other issues. Do not buy a home from KB Homes.

Nice new neighborhood in the making. They are making very fast progress eventhough it is 100 degrees every day. Seems like one full house gets finished every week. Pricing seems to start in the mid 800s plus solar and other costs. Easy access to the freeway, within 10 minutes to old town newhall, sams club, costco, target, walmart, and other major shops.
