Tri Pointe Homes is a great builder!
This has to be by far the most unprofessional "home advisers"I have delt with. No respect for your time. I made numerous attempts to come in or schdual a zoom meeting and all I got was the run around. I cancled personal things to make sure I made time for them and all I would get is a sorry we are to busy. I finally decided to come in and delt with Melissa. She is very rude. When asked simple questions about the homes or what they offer she did not have any information. Very unprofessional talked to me like your an inconvenience for not know things and seemed bother that I was a first time home buyer asking questions. Very disappointed in this development and team. I will be looking else where for my homes need.
