We recently purchased a home from Hybrid Prefab Homes and had the pleasure of working with Otis Orsburn throughout the process. Otis has been exceptionally diligent and responsive, addressing all our requests promptly and efficiently. It was truly a pleasure working with someone who clearly prioritizes customer satisfaction and is so actively involved in ensuring that any issues are resolved swiftly. We feel fortunate to have had such a dedicated individual guiding us through the purchase of our new home. Thank you, Otis, for your commitment and hard work!

We are in love with our Hybrid Prefab home. Most people don’t even know it’s a manufactured home but we did get a compliment from the trained eye that it’s the “best looking manufactured home they’ve ever seen”. That wouldn’t have been possible without Otis & his team. Otis’s communication & follow-through is excellent. His experience in the industry is extremely valuable & he is a consummate professional. If you are considering a new build, I definitely recommend talking with Otis.

For the whole journey Marcin and his excellent team listened to our needs and helped us go through the painless process of putting a beautiful new Prefab home on our rural ranch for our daughter. The quality of the home and workmanship are outstanding, and it's a beautiful addition to our property. Communication was smooth with Marcin and the team, and their attention to detail and responsiveness were flawless. We'd highly recommend them - always!
