CFN Construction Ltd.

CFN built our net-zero house in 2021, and we couldn't be happier. Their team and the subcontractors they work with really care about the quality of work they provide, and it shows. CFN is really a breath of fresh air from the contracting industry. High quality at a reasonable price and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a new build or reno.

We had a complete basement gut renovation completed on a house built in the early 70's from Gerard and company at CFN and would highly recommend! He is an outstanding person to deal with and his attention to detail and care is highly respectable! All his subcontractors were a pleasure to work with as well. Definitely look forward to working with him on any future projects! It turned out fantastic!

We couldn’t be happier with our home built by CFN. Gerard and Damien are knowledgeable, prompt, and committed to client satisfaction. They were accommodating through the design and construction process, offering innovative and cost effective solutions. We were delivered a quality house that our family can call home. We would definitely recommend CFN for new builds or renovation projects. Mike & Colleen Sellar

My husband and I decided to do a kitchen and bathroom renovation. My colleague strongly recommended CFN Construction Ltd to do the work. I contacted Gerard and he was polite, friendly and very flexible in meeting with us to discuss our renovation. He came to our home and we immediately felt comfortable with him. He brought in his team and subcontractors at one meeting to provide a detailed and thorough quote. Gerard and Damien were always professional, courteous, and were readily available to answer any questions we had during the process. They listened to our input and ideas and helped us design a plan that worked well for our home. The project was completed on time as promised and the cost was exactly as quoted. The sub contractors were respectful and left our home neat and tidy every evening. We were extremely pleased with the finished product. We have referred CFN Construction to several of our friends and acquaintances. Based on their feedback and our own experience with them, we will continue to recommend them. We hired CFN for renovation work: they converted a bedroom adjacent to the master into an ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet and laundry room. There was also some incidental plumbing and heating work that we had done at the same time. The two principals, Gerard and Damian, were both great to work with although our contact was primarily Gerard. Their quote was detailed, accurate and competitive with other quotes. There were no surprises in the final bill: any extras were changes we had asked for, reasonably priced. The work was done largely on time and very nicely. All of the subcontractors used were polite, careful and competent. The inevitable problems were dealt with promptly, except for a delay in one supplier they had no control over. We would have no hesitation in recommending CFN to our friends, or in using them for any other projects that might come about.
